When I booked, I wasnt aware of how busy the area is. However, as it was right downtown, it was convenient to get to pretty much anywhere. Our room was great - suite with a small kitchen. The only issue with the kitchen was that the fridge opened the wrong way, which made it very awkward. The cushions in the lobby could use a refresher. They're very stained and looked dirty. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Id like to give Mark a special shout out. Even though we paid a little extra for an early check-in, we were still too early. But Mark worked some magic to accommodate us. Thanks Mark.

Room is clean and great customer service. Location is great as it is close to public transit. The room could use some renovations though as the ceiling in the bathroom had a hole in it. There were holes/ripped drywall near the corners of the room in inconspicuous areas. AC is available, but is a portable window unit.

We got a 1-bedroom apartment that had a full kitchen. Loved the location and walkability... 5 minute to the river, it is right downtown, lots of dining options, 5 minute to Core shopping, close to absolutely everything!

I was a little dissatisfied upon arrival as the hotel looks pretty run down. The area felt a little unsafe. The parking is open air so we felt uncomfortable leaving anything at all in the car so taking every single thing upstairs was a drag. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was huge and very clean but staring at another high rise. For the price we paid I’d absolutely shop around next time.

The a/c unit is in the living room so the bed is to hot to sleep in, they charge you $25/day for parking and there wasn’t enough parking spaces, so you have to pay for parking beside the hotel, which was only $10 to day! Better off staying somewhere else that’s isn’t going to rip you off.
