I chose this property as it was close to Prince Island Park Where we were attending comedy festival. Hotel is clean enough staff were Friendly and accommodating. Wish there was a restaurant on site of some kind. Smallest elevator I’ve ever been on. Walls are paper thin, heard the loud conversations of people several doors away. Woken up several times by people revving their engines and motorcycles outside. As well as whatever lunatic decided to push the furniture around the floor above us all night.

Definitely wasn’t worth the money I had to pay to stay. My room was still dirty when I checked in, one of the light bulbs was out, they didn’t refill the shampoo or conditioner before I checked in. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people in the rooms beside you and down the hall easily. Elevator was super slow taking the stairs was faster most of the time. They wouldn’t let door dash delivery people drop stuff off at my room so I would have to go all the way to the lobby to pick my things up. When I would come back to my room at night after they “cleaned” my room the new bedding was still dirty and they never took my garbage away I had the same garbage in my room for 4 days

Perfect location. Very nice rooms, clean and friendly staff staff. Don’t Let the outside deter you from staying at this hotel because the inside was beautiful and our bed was one of the most comfiest beds we’ve ever stayed in.

I stayed in the same unit for two non-consecutive nights separated by 4 days...i complained abt bedroom heater not working during my first stay but it wasn't repaired when i stayed there for the second time too..bidet in the toilet wasn't working...i could easily hear what neighbors are talking among themselves.. condition of the sofa in the living room was very bad, wasn't comfortable at all.
