Honestly worth staying here just for the breakfast! There are tons of options for all dietary needs, including gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. The room itself was perfect and very quiet for being in the city. The restaurant attached also had great apps and drinks to enjoy on the patio!

We had a good overall stay at the Residence Inn in Calgary’s Beltline District. The location is central and made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The hotel let us check in early—at 2pm instead of the standard 4pm—which was much appreciated after a long morning of travel. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and recently updated. Housekeeping did a great job, and check-in service was smooth and friendly. The on-site bar and restaurant was convenient with a relaxed atmosphere. One unexpected perk was the free computer service in the business center, which came in handy when my wife needed to finish a homework assignment. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—plenty of fresh options and well-stocked. That said, it would be better if it stayed open past 10am, especially on weekends. There were a few downsides to note. While the location is central, the surrounding area had some issues. We saw several people openly using hard drugs in the adjacent park and nearby sidewalks. It made walking around feel uncomfortable at times, especially later in the day. Also, the rooms don’t include any complimentary bottled water, which felt like a small miss for a hotel of this level. All things considered, the hotel itself is well-run, modern, and comfortable. If you’re aware of the surroundings and plan accordingly, it’s a good place to stay in Calgary.

Great stay in downtown Calgary

Great experience. Stayed for 1 night so we could see a concert nearby. We were able to check in a little bit early (30 minutes), the room was spacious and clean. There was a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Would stay again.
