Didn’t say at Expedia that all guests are required to present an ID. My husband left his and they had him sent a passport instead to their email. Second day, they locked us our of our room because of their failed communication among the staff that my husband’s ID was already forwarded. The place was noisy. Screaming kids in the wee hours of the night, you can hear doors slammed at the neighbouring rooms, it has a musty smell and the toilet still has some discoloration on it, and the bed sheet has a tear. First and last time that we’ll be staying here.
