Thankfully we were only staying for one night. They required every guest (even minors) to provide their passport or id at check in. I have never been required to do this. The towels were threadbare, the carpet stunk, the bathrooms were dirty and the entire hinge on one of our doors fell off the minute we opened the door to our room. I could not wait to leave this hotel.

Very filthy hotel, there is leakage at the main entrance. When you walk in the hotel, you get wet from fifty leaks coming from the only entrance. They never fix it, the housekeepers and maintenance staff are horrible. The front desk staff has no knowledge of the hotels; if you have questions, they will say they don’t know. There were what appeared to be bloodstains on the walls in the room, the mattress was not safe as it was not clean, the towels were filthy and stained, and the rooms were not properly cleaned. There are so many things wrong with the hotel. I won’t stay there for a dollar ever again.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean however you could hear people slamming their doors late at night and the 4th floor is animal friendly so if you don't want to hear dogs or other animals all night I'd ask to be moved. Sheets has some stains and the towels in bathroom were dirty, house keeping seemed to hate their job and didn't clean our room once even with the maid service sign on the door. Pool is okay, hottub is never working. Said they didn't take debt cards for the hold on the room and said it needed to only be a credit card but when my boyfriend used his debt it worked with no-issue so a little frustration with the front staff but it was okay.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a buffet and they offered to make items fresh when it was close to closing. Although it was not included in the room cost as many are currently.

This is a hotel, that has not been renovated since 1984. It smells like body odor, the beds have never been updated, there are four channels, which only one is English, the Internet works when it feels like it, and the floors have never been steam cleaned because there is a funk to these rooms.
