It's an old hotel with a facelift but still needs work. Right on the c-train tracks so can be noisy with the rooms' thin walls and doors. Front desk staff are excellent at check in and check out. Room was upgraded to king with kitchenette which was nice and much appreciated.

We went to Country Thunder 2025 and stayed here. They allowed us to check-in early so we could take our things to our room before heading out to the concert. They also allowed us to check-out late and keep our vehicle parked for an extra day! I called the front desk to find out where to find a water vending machine and they told me to come to the front desk and they gave me water bottles for feee. Incredibly helpful every step of the way during our stay. Also nice to have the restaurant connected for late night bites after the concert each night!

Weekend trip for sport. Reviews looked good, but, area of the city was identified in our navigation as a restricted region. Upon looking this up it meant a high drug trafficking region with severe caution to not go out after dusk. I drove a truck and this resulted in no underground parking. I was provided with a fee a parking stall through the back alley to an underground stall in the next building over. This area was teaming with homeless people and the actual parking stall barely, I mean barely fit my truck. I had to let my wife out before parking, I squeezed out of my door and then could not fit between the pillar and my truck - so I climbed over the back of my truck onto the next and got out. So between feeling unsafe and a horrible parking stall and environment - would not recommend. Staff friendly and hotel clean. Hot tub not working. Moxies was descent. Our room king bed was reasonable with kitchenette. Full view of the neighborhood watching the homeless and drug activity at the local circle K. ambulance, fire and police were on site every few hours. When it came to getting our room cleaned this was not good. We put the tag outside the door for fresh bedding / towels and after first night no one came, so we thought we did not do something right. Long story short we went three days with no cleaning and had to call for towels. Hotel comped the parking and took a bit off for not cleaning. Will not stay again.
