The Sandman allowed us to store our bicycles in our room when we weren't on them. Relatively quiet for being next to Highway 1. Room was clean and comfortable.

While it is far from downtown, it is only a 19 dollar Uber ride away. Price much lower than downtown for that week due to a large convention. No complaints

Staff really tried but we were assigned 3 different rooms. First one was in use and thank goodness the room was empty, who knows what we could have seen. 2nd room had no functioning air conditioner and finally assigned a 3rd room. Finally got to relax by 10:30pm…no compensation offered for our inconvenience either.
