I was appreciative of the response from the front desk staff when i showed them pictures of the unclean areas of mt room on check in. The person .oved us to a different room without hassle.

The shuttle service was slow, but the front desk staff checking me in were the best of the best, asking me preferences for room location and putting me in a good spot for my preferences. Even 4 Star Hotels rarely put in that effort. Not great area other than for accessing airport.

We arrived a couple of hours early & before check-in and the front desk person was really friendly and checked to see if our room was ready and we got an early check in without an additional fee. The room was spacious, clean and was comfortably chilled. The bathroom had a huge 2-person soaking tub as well as an independent shower with rain feature. We did not hear anyone in the halls or in adjacent rooms. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here the next time we're in Calgary.
