Offered to upgrade to an executive suite which we did and when we got there there were strands of black hair on the bathroom counter. Along with that the entire room was rundown ie, sofa bed, counters in bathroom, broken shower nob and remote and there were loud noises coming from the side/air conditioning unit...and not the mention the nasty windows (no view as not cleaned). Major noises coming in this room and right beside electrical room and stairs. Not impressed at all. Not worth money to stay here. The only good thing was the restaurants (moxies and chop)
