Not sure how this hotel is protecting the customer's privacy. During my stay , I received a phone call from someone looking for a person. Apparently my name's initials matched the name of the person in question. How did the caller know what my name is? So I hung up.....then in the middle of the night, there was a knock in my room's door....the same person was knocking on my door!!! I was with my son and did not want to scare him so kept it quiet and civilized.....but it was very disturbing to find out that anyone can find out who is staying and where. And be able to freely walk around the hotel in the middle of the night.

My stay was very positive. I only found it odd that the washroom sink was outside the actual washroom. This in no way was a bad thing as I travelled alone and the sink location was just odd.

Staff was pleasant enough, hotel is old and could use refreshing. During our stay they ran out of towels at front desk so we had to chase down cleaning staff to get some more.

The hotel was pretty good, there were only a few things that we didn’t like and that is why I marked it down. Those being the pool, it’s a good size but the windows all around the pool look out to the street and anyone walking or driving past can clearly see in and because of that we couldn’t enjoy it, it also didn’t appear very clean. The breakfast was pretty nice, with options each day. The staff were pretty friendly and would greet us whenever we walked past. There were a lot more positives in the hotel than negatives.
