Do not recommend

Hotel is run down. Had to call service multiple times before issues were addressed. Found used bandaids in room. Continental breakfast was mostly well stocked but tables weren't kept clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. After check-in, asked front desk staff how to cancel the last two nights of our four night stay and were told I needed to contact hotels.com, where we booked but couldn't get a hold of anyone and messages went unanswered.

I like that they come to change the bathroom towels everyday. I don't like the several going back to the reception to re-activate the room key. 1st, they said it is magnetic when in contact with a cellphone, but that wasn't the case. The moment you step oit of the room and try to re-open the door, the card is no longer working. We also had a fire invident that disrupted 1 of the nights we stayed, there was no discount/compensation/not even an apology email! The breakfast needs to be improved too!

Front staff was very nice . Hair dryer did not work, toilet did not flush properly, had a fire in the building in the middle of the night . Poor breakfast offered. Not very good experience. Should have been refunded for at least a night for the inconvenience . Decided to move. To a different location .

Breakfast was disappointing even for a continental breakfast, facilities are way to run down time to spend some money on them. Coffee pots in the rooms are dangerous steam shoots out if them even after it's done brewing"be careful".

Disappointing

Location was great. Hotel was disappointing. We had just stayed at the Super 8 in two other cities and the hotels were fantastic so we were disappointed with this one. It was quite outdated and noisy. Positive comments: the front end staff was friendly and check in was quick. The room did seem to be clean.

I didn’t like the fact that they charged my Mastercard for a full night stay before I even checked in. Which they gave no warning to. Then as we checked in I got charged again for the next two nights without them telling me that they were doing it. I tried to get the front desk lady to reverse it but she refused and said I had to wait till 11 at night for someone else to do it. As we got into our room the ice bucket was full of dirt and the tray around it was too. The bathroom had mould on the chaulking behind the faucet. There was hair everywhere even in the fridge. To top it all off there was a pee stain droplet at the base of the toilet.
