We got the king bed, quite old and the springs were protruding thru. The place was still carpeted, which I would prefer flooring for sanitary reasons. There wasn’t an elevator, which I didn’t think to look on their website for but you can be sure I’ll be checking from now on. The staff was great and the breakfast was good.

Better than we had hoped!

The room didn't have A/C but it did have its own kitchen, three queen sized beds, a dining area and a living room area and was just two doors from the sauna

Wanted to be closer to Banff than Calgary but was too expensive for what it was. A bit old and dated. No housecleaning for three days, not even to empty trash. Our recycling bin was overflowing. Ran out of water to fill water bottles. Staff was super friendly though and breakfast was good.

The room we stayed in had a big hole that was poorly repaired and looked like there was mold around it. The bathtub water would not drain because the drain was so plugged. The room also had a very strong musty smell to it.

Catherine at the Front Desk was absolutely fantastic.! So helpful. This is a great place to stay with comfy bed. Cleanliness is obviously a high priority. Breakfast was good every day. 3 of us stayed for 3 days very happily.
