The outside air condition was loud and the in-room air condition unit was loud too but also not overly cold. Overall it was delightful and pleasant. The staff was amazing and friendly!!

The motel was clean and modern. It was close to fast food restaurants which was convenient for me. Quiet area but close to major roadways.

Good things: - Great staff, very friendly and helful. - Pancakes (included in hotel price) for breakfast. Good selection of muffins, cereal, toast, etc. for breakfast. - Room was very clean and super quiet. - They have a hot tub, I will bring a swim suit next time. - Plenty of towels. - If you forget anything, they have it for you at the front desk. Negatives: - The floor grout in the bathroom is almost entirely gone. - The shower curtain is in poor shape. - There is no counter beside the sink to put things such as hairbrush, makeup, etc. - There is no plug to charge a phone. - They only make up the room every two days, not even the bed. But, if you need towels or anything, the front desk can supply. Overall, I will be back!!

We stayed here as it was wayyyy more affordable than staying out in Canmore for my wife's half marathon. The drive out to Canmore and surrounding areas was not bad at all for exploring and the stay itself was pretty great. We had a king bed and a jacuzzi in our room which was really nice especially in prep for her run. Good selection for breakfast in the morning and options close by for food. Be happy to book again.

Outside appearance was good. Arrived a little before check-in time, asked to check in early. Desk staff asked me name, made it look like she was checking then said room wasn't ready yet, come back after 3:00. Maybe I missed it in the hotel description but there is no elevator for the upper floor. Not a big issue for us but should be highlighted somewhere if it is not for people with mobility issues. Cracked tiles in the bathroom and it needed painting. It was noted in hotel amenities that a 'light' breakfast was provided so no hot food (eggs, bacon; which you typically can get at this price range). Picked up a bagel to toast for breakfast and didn't realized until I had already touched it that it was so hard it was not edible even when toasted. Also, didn't see any paper cups to take our coffee or tea with us. Disappointing for the price point. Would not stay here again.

We were given a basement room. I was expecting a ground floor room, as I always travel with a dog and ground floor rooms are where the pet friendly rooms are. The basement room was not the issue as much as there is NO RAMP going down the stairs. So you are expected to carry your luggage up and down. What would happen if a guest had a disability???? Had I know this, i would never stay in this hotel. Bertha at the front desk was kind enough to offer to help carry stuff down, The TV remote did not work, so we had to ask for another. Overall, the room was not terrible, aside from the lack of light, but i would never stay here again.
