You get what you pay for. Broken elevator on arrival day and we get a room on second floor. First night we finally come to the room late at night and it smelled a lot like cigarettes and the worst mattresses you could imagine, but too late to move and the broken elevator didn't help; we are moved to another room the next day and it had better mattresses and no cigarette smell, but not properly cleaned unfortunately. Rooms and building need TLC, the whole building is showing its age.

Higly recommend if you go to calgary.

It was a great experience. I had my family with me. We all were very happy and pool and hot tub was a bonus on it. Room was very nice neat and tidy. Bed was very comfortable as well. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Location of this hotel is best as that plaza has so many options to eat. I would highly recommend as you get spacious room in reasonable price.

Staff was great and friendly, but the facility is not good. There was a flying ant in our first room then they transferred us to another room. You can here the noise from the other room and the bed its so old every time you move there is cracking sounds.

No room service, no water provided. Elevators was not working at the time of check in. Wheelchair was not provided for my mother even after asking for it. Terrible bed with broken spring caused me severe back pain. I would never recommend this hotel and expect a refund. Never booking again.

For the price it’s okay, very old hotel but very very clean. Spotless and in good shape, just very old. Pillows were horrible but other than that room was okay! Service was really really good , lots of crackheads in the parking lot though.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Glenmore. Spent our days in Banff and this hotel was a good place to spend the nights. Room service, friendly front desk, conveniently located near the freeway, food and gas. Nothing fancy but definitely did the job it was a clean safe space. The plaza seemed a little questionable upon first glance but there is actually some good food and the parking is very convenient. I do not regret my choice!
