The sign that says, "no cash accepted for rooms" at the front desk, made me feel like I booked a room in a brothel.. The halls were dirty and the sheets felt like sandpaper. I was worried about my car being stollen and the receptionist spent way too long inputting my ID in his computer!!! I booked it on Expedia, why does he need all that info.. I wouldn't stay here again!

Room was clean, maintenance a bit lacking
Service is great. There are problems with maintenance though. The outside door a bit drafty, The tub liner was filling with water when my partner had a bath, which meant taking a shower was like walking in a bouncy castle. And the sink was very slow to drain. I have stayed here several times and the staff are always quick to address issues.

We were suppose to stay at the hotel from the 25 until the 26th. We arrived and first the smell was horrible but manageable. We entered the room ( mind you it’s starting to become really cold out), the cold was so unbearable we turned the heater on and left, in order for us to be warmer. We left to pick up my dog who just had surgery. When we came back, which was a couple hours after the hotel room was even colder. It was so cold, we got upset and went to the front desk. She told me that it might be turned off from the basement ? You serious ?. I’ve never been to a hotel or motel were you can’t choose your own heat preference. So we were already annoyed but waited. She said it would take about 25-35 min to heat up. Long story short, she came back noticed it was still cold. We asked for a different room, especially because my dog JUST GOT OUT OF SURGERY. The room she showed us was even even colder. She said that it’s the same everywhere because the heater was turned off. We asked for a refund and they refused, they refused for us to get our money back to book to a different hotel, knowing about my dogs situation. They flat out didn’t care, do not go to this place if you want comfort or heat. It’s not a cozy place, it has a really bad odor as well. We really struggled that day. I don’t wish that on anyone, with a sick person or animal. My baby was shivering the whole time. They deserve -0 stars

The behaviour of the front table was terrible. I was waiting for 30 minutes and he was talking to his friends on phone. I forgot my stuff in the room, later on that day I call them that I got my stuff, they said we are ganna call you back. Till now they haven’t called but also not answering mine.

My stay was good overall, a couple of issues I had were from some of the front desk staffs, they are not very welcoming at ALL!, you walked In and nobody asked how can I help you? Or better yet not even an hello, the room I stayed in was pretty good other than the bathroom tube water takes a very long time to drain out, but overall my stay was good. I stayed at this location for 3 nights.

I have stayed at this property before and had no complaints. Rooms were clean, and I was able to sleep through the night. However this time, upon entering my room I was greeted by a giant sticky stain on the carpet. There was money and previous belongings of the prior guests left in the room, the fridge was filthy and there was mold in the bathroom. To add to it, the shower drain didn’t work unless it was held open and there was clumps of hair on the shower wall. As if it couldn’t get any worse people were running around the hallway, yelling and slamming doors all night. When I went down to reception to complain the lady had told me “that isn’t possible” and completely disregarded me. The only help I received was at checkout when they had overcharged me for my stay. But hey, at least I got my $7 back. 😂 If you like to sleep in a clean and friendly environment this is NOT the place for you.
