Ok stay in good location in Calgary.

Overall I was happy with my stay. Location was great for my needs. The room was non smoking but there was a strong odor coming in the room perhaps from the venting. In addition the shower curtain needs replaced, it’s filthy. The receptionist was very friendly and there was ample parking.

Room was clean except very dirty grout in corners on tub. Being a hotel manager myself, I absolutely don’t understand why some hotels, like this one, only put ONE facecloth and ONE hand towel in the bathroom of a room that has 2 beds and could be sleeping 4 people. It drives me crazy. It’s an inconvenience to have to ask for a second set of washcloth and towels. The breakfast left a fair amount to be desired. Coffee had run out. There was no hot water to make oatmeal. The water in the hot water carafe was only ever so slightly warm. The waffle maker and batter cup were disgustingly messy. Bread had all been pre-portioned and wrapped in plastic wrap. I hope whoever did that was wearing gloves. I didn’t trust it. There was no breakfast attendant around to tend to all these things. And lastly, it’s been a week since checkout and I STILL DONT HAVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDED to my credit card. Unacceptable. Won’t stay here again.

Overall decent for the price. The homeless digging in the dumpstee sucked and dog crap everywhere , but the room itself was made every day? Linens were clean. Bed decently comfy. Overall would stay again

it was good staying at the hotel though cleaning everyday of our room was not made and we didn't feel comfortable because of the room temperature especially the kids,they didn't sleep well at night.and for the staffs,they were good and considerable🙂 P.S i haven't received yet the $100 I had deposited upon renting the room😑
