Stayed a single night couple of times recently with the family. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Free breakfast and free shuttle to and fro to the Calgary airport was something that prompted me to book this hotel in the first place and it was as advertised. Shuttle to the airport can fill up on busy days. Make sure to book your spot ahead of time. Property is an industrial zone, so not much dining options nearby. You will need to order in or take a ride share. Overall, definitely recommend this place.

If you want to waste over an hour waiting for an airport shuttle, stay at this hotel. I landed at 9:40 PM, contacted them at 10:15 PM as instructed, and was told the shuttle would only come at 11:30 PM. I had no choice but to call a ride-hailing car. When my ride was about to arrive, they suddenly called saying they could pick me up in 20 minutes—long past the free cancellation window. I asked for reimbursement, but they refused, claiming the shuttle is free and already been offered. Ridiculous! This hotel is only 4 km from the airport, and the ride takes just 8 minutes. I arrived late at night, so there was absolutely no possibility of traffic. Under no circumstances should I have had to wait an hour. I did not voluntarily give up your service. Who would wait an hour for your so-called free shuttle? Of course, you could simply inform all guests in advance that airport pickup always requires at least an hour of waiting. That way, you won’t need to provide the service at all in the future.

Dear Friends The ladies behind the front desk promptly answered my questions They pleasantly ordered a yellow cab 🚕 Walmart is near by. The cleaning ladies were polite and service was great. Quick to replace needed items, Kleenex, washroom items. Their soap is high quality. The shuttle is great service leaving every hour to the airport The complimentary breakfast was incredible .Sanitary. Kept warmed in clean stainless steel with matching lids,The lids have a window to view the food item Breakfast was popular and enjoyed by many guests Delicious 😋 Scrambled eggs Sausages A nutritional veggie mix Coffee 3 selections Hot chocolate for 1:00$ Juices Yoguart Bagels And more Airy dining room. Comfortable. Pleasant. Clean. Very nice experience Yes the mattresses will make a quiet noise. Getting in and out of the bed. Hotel was decent, but be aware of unwarranted and random charges on your credit cards by Wyndham. Took me way too long (3 weeks) to get things resolved. No one was able to help resolve or justify random charges. Any attempts for helping resolve this issue resulted in hour long wait times, promises to resolve the issue with no call backs, and customer service that repeats the same questions in order to prolong the refunding process. Other than that, it was a decent stay. Not the best choices for breakfast.

Could definitely be cleaner. A lot of dust. Rooms can use an update but other wise decent stay. They only clean the rooms every 3 days so that’s probably why there’s a lot of dust in the building
