I have good and pleasant things to say about our 6 days stay here . My family had an awesome time. The only thing I did not like was the tv, could not connect it to our subscription from home. Guess they need to change it .Asides this every other thing checks out. We enjoyed the breakfast too.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was fine, however, the bathroom was not well designed and the breakfast selections were not good so we didn't have our breakfast the second morning opting to go out and find a restaurant serving breakfast.

My mom had hurt her knee the day we got there and had a knee brace and was in a wheelchair. The staff did not ask if we wanted an accessible room or anything to help her as i had stated she has trouble moving. I went down the third night to ask of there was anything to help her for the room. They asked if i was asking to switch rooms. I said or anything to make it easier for her. The staff said oh we have a shower chair she could use. Why no one offered this the first night? They said oh because they probably forgot. My mom couldnt get into the shower and had trouble getting into the bathroom with her wheelchair. Dissapointing. Also. Dissapointing to learn they had a walk in shower too that they did not offer. Also, the hot tub was broken and they couldnt get it fixed til next week. The reason we booked that hotel was for the hot tub.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hot tub was not working during our entire stay (very disappointing!) The pool is quite small for a hotel of this size. The breakfarst area was so packed we had to leave and come back twice in order to find a space to eat. The grounds were quite pretty and the food at the restaurant across the parking lot was really good.
