There is no proper heater (so it was very cold), TV was not working, no trash cans. Your website said there is free breakfast but there was no breakfast provided. Also there is no coffee in the room which is very basic thing in the morning. My worst experience so far in any hotel.

We got there and the sign on the door said no vacancy. It took 30 minutes to get help only to be told our reservation didn't matter because they had no rooms. Plus, the place looked nasty and unsafe.

I booked and paid for a room and when I arrived the office was closed and locked and I never even got to check in. Now I am waiting to get my refund and so far it has taken 3 days.

This place is horrible. Nasty bathtub, toilet wouldn’t flush unless you manually filled the tank. The bedspread had stains all over it. Most disgusting was Roaches!!!!
