I bought a ticket and hotel package by ortbitz and upon arriving at the hotel they did not respect the prices they gave me, mentioning that was orbitz equivocation. They charged me a surplus for me and the same as i paid for a guest in the same room, the room did not have Air conditioning and I have to pay more for that, and hard mattress like cement. I will not recommend it. I ordered that they did not clean the room because I had had surgery and disinfected the whole room in addition to the coronavirus, i did not want nobody to touch my things, and to my surprise they entered the room, and the answer from the staff when i ask why? was that they have to enter if I want it or not. BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE IF THAT HAPPENED IN USA THEY WILL RESPECT PRICES .
Compre por Orbitz un paquete que incluia tiquete de vuelo y hotel, al llegar no me respetaron los precios me cobraron tarifa completa y por la segunda persona que se quedaba en la misma habitacion el mismo precio que pague por mi, la habitacion no tenia aire acodicionado y en ningun lugar donde hice la reserva decia que habia habitaciones sin aire,y porsupuesto un extra por aire, el colchon duro como una Piedra. Ordene que no entraran a la habitacion por que habia tenido una cirugia y habia desinfectado toda la habitacion y ademas por el tema del coronavirus no queria que nadie tuviera acceso a mis cosas, y para mi sorpresa entraron a limpiar, cuando pregunte por que habian entrado? contestaron q entraban quisiera o no!!
