The front desk / reception staff were great! Very attentive, always with a smile and a hello. Wonderful restaurant options in the hotel. We enjoyed the Petronio experience, the cazuela de mariscos was amazing! Overall the property for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The only point to criticize was the elevator hygiene / cleanliness. The carpet had an odd smell and the elevator itself was not being treated/cleaned as it should be. Also need to mention that the bed sheets were not changed the only time we asked for them to be. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this property if you decide to visit Cali.

We got two rooms and both of them were always clean, no need to remind anyone for clean towels or toilet paper. Every staff member staring from when we fist arrived which was Sergio was amazing and accommodating. Very close to restaurants and mall. Food is amazing, you can order what you like at any time of the day. If you’re looking for a safe clean place .. you need to consider this hotel and location.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for five days, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless upon arrival and maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. Although our room faced the street and we occasionally heard passing cars or a honk here and there, the noise level was mild and didn’t bother us. That said, if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to request a room away from the street. Overall, this hotel was a great choice—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for everything we needed.

I thought the hotel was very nice. The location was excellent with 2 major shopping malls within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with many options. The hotel itself has a nice modern decor and spacious rooms. Will certainly be back if ever in the southern part of Cali.
