Don't stay here. There was a gap between the window and the wall, the toilet wouldn't flush, the shower door wouldn't close and there were ants in the shower. Don't stay here.

Personal del lobby y la cocina muy atentos. El hotel muy limpio y bien ubicado. En mi caso, no hubo suficiente toallas. No pusieron toalla de manos ni cara. Pero en general para el costo, diría que muy bueno.

I Enjoy it!
The hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to major tourist attractions and great places to eat. The staff is very attentive. The young woman at the front desk ways a delight. Always greeted me with a smile and patient with my bad Spanish. I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue, dont stay in room 502. Its close to the kiichen and cooks start preparing around 6am. Uuuuggh!

Im From Houston Texas. I don’t know a lot of spanish but the staff was very helpful. The hotel was really quiet and clean. Tip: bring a small towel (face towel) the hotel doesn’t have any. Im an African American woman & I traveled alone. I felt really safe at this hotel.

Clean but with Horrible service!
Unpleasant stay… I wanted to enjoy my stay here. I really did. However, the hotel was a disappointment from the moment we arrived. 1st check-in took forever then they gave us the wrong room, so had to go back down stairs and have them correct it. 2nd the room was for three people and there were no fitting for the third bed, had to call and have them bring that up. 3rd there were no towels in the room at all, had to call and have them bring that up as well. The location and cleanliness are the things this property has going for it, sadly overall it is not a great place to stay!

Nice convenient hotel
The mattresses are stiff. Did not feel comfortable. There was another room in which they had a much more comfortable one being tested, but was not available. I knew this, because I stayed here a couple of months before. The personnel are friendly but have no sense of time. Did not deliver the laundry on time. So, if you need to have this service, don't make it with a short deadline. The room could use some maintenance. Lamp with missing bulb, bathroom light switch was defective, shower phone was not working. Breakfast is simple but nice and varied. I would stay here again.

That is great hotel.great location. A shopping center in front of it.the only complaint was it's not hot water in the shower. Sometimes yes ,sometimes not. It was not constantly

Cali Hotel experience
I like this hotel. The location for me is great. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The staff are great although no English spoken. The problems are noise in the morning from the street, the church, staff working in laundry is like inside your room, garage door opening early every morning. Real problem if you are on the second floor. The safes not working I had 3 different rooms and had safe problems. The biggest problem is room keys are always having problems. I am writing this review from the hotel lobby as I am here for 3 weeks. The key at this moment is not working for the second straight day.
