AC was not operating properly and despite notifying the hotel, no one came to solve the matter. Very disappointed of a hotel that claims to be one of the best in the city. You should take care of servicing the units and respond to clients appropriately. Other than this, rooms are spacious and clean.

I am a business traveler so i'm usually in a hotel Monday - Thursday every week. I debated staying here or going with a brand I was more familiar with, i.e. The Intercontinental. I am so glad I selected this location. The property is clean, the rooms are modern with real stone, granite and wood throughout. The views are gorgeous and the hotel is conveniently located over a shopping mall and next to a casino (if that's your thing). But what really makes this my new home in Cali is the professionalism, kindness, and courtesy of all of the staff. From the night security and bellmen who initially greeted me and handled my needs to Camilia and the other at the front desk, to all of the housekeepers (Pauola), Angie and Daniella in La Zarzuela (the onsite restaurant)who took care of my room, Angie and Daniella in La Zarzuela (the onsite restaurant) my entire stay here was marked by extremely good service genuine professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.
