I was wrongly profile as a criminal by front desk attendant under the instructions of security. Under very judgmental non proof criteria. I have been a client of this hotel since 1980’s. Know former general manager Guillermo Valencia under who I freelanced ba k them in the Public Relations office with Public Relations Director Maria Claudia Varela. Wrong and worst experience ever in this hotel.

I loved everything. The front desk staff, the waiters, servers and bell were all outstanding. I traveled alone and I dont speak Spanish. Everyone was so kind and patiently waited for my translation app. Yina was my favorite. It seemed no matter where I was she was close by and very helpful. She's an awesome lady. I hope to see her again sometime.
