Now hotel has a good location in a nice neighborhood but the hotel had no hot water and they couldn’t solve the problem, no credit or courtesy was offered because of this therefore this hotel should be avoided.

A nice surprise, very cost-effective

I understand that eco-friendliness is un vogue. But when people take it to an extent is ridiculous. The type of body wash and shampoo was that kind; but it was SO MUCH ECO FRIENDLY, that it cleansed just half way, so did not accomplish the chore actually. On that same way of thinking, the containers for those, had a lid that was made of bamboo instead of plastic... ok no plastic. BUT those lids, by their high quality are way more expensive, and require A LOT more resources to engineer, build and machine, that is absurd. It is avery modern construction. Great air conditionong in the rooms. Beds and linings are very good. The pillows were superb. The architects overdid themselves in the shower. Instead of a regular showerhead standing ten inches above your head, they devised a complicated arrangement of two pairs of nozzles attached to the high ceiling, with a valve directing the flow to one pair, the other, or both. It looks great in the drawing board... BUT the scarce amount of water (yes, very eco-friendly), was bound to fly 3 feet until it made it to your body, thus it cooled down to a mere not-freezing temperature; thus "a hot shower" does not exist there. Food at the restaurant and at the breakfast was very good, people serving very helpful and welcoming. The common spaces had beeeeeautiful tropical vegetation. A very interesting feature was that the main lobby area did no have a roof, but weatherproof curtains that extended whilst it rained.
