The property is undergoing major renovations. It feels like it should not be open under these conditions. Smells like chemicals. There were no towel racks or toilet paper holders in the room. Housekeeping comes only every third days. This is not acceptable.

We were not told they were under renovation. The spa has never been open in the 6 years I have been staying there. No cleaning. Had to ask for toilet paper and tissues. It used to be nice but I will never stay there again. Too expensive for such poor service.

Everything was great...except for the bed!

We have stayed at this property many times and it has always been wonderful. This time, I was very disappointed with the bed. It was saggy, noisy, mushy, old and very uncomfortable. The right and left side were so old, there was a long hump in the middle of the bed. The pillows were terrible too. Being a repeat customer, I was very annoyed they gave me such a horrible room. Actually, no one should have to pay money to sleep in such a horrible bed. Do better!
