Great experience!

I was a bit worried about booking this hotel with my GF for the week with a few bad reviews, but this hotel was great! Amazing view, steps down to the ocean, great restaurant and staff, rooftop and clean spa. I loved our stay here and would book again. The town itself was a little sleepy but the location was amazing!

The most stunning attention to detail in every aspect! Spotlessly clean rooms, turn down service, Dyson hairdryer and top quality mini bar and speaker- everything has been thought through! The aesthetic of the hotel is simply divine, the restaurant dish quality is outstanding and the staff are nothing short of superb! Honestly do not have a bad word to say about our stay and we will definitely be returning!

Rooms are not soundproof - extremely noisy. Right next to a bay with nighttime clubs and loud music. You can hear everything from neighbouring rooms and balconies too. Impossible to sleep here. Lunch menu is just deep fried food, burgers and pizza (odd for a wellness hotel). And you’ll have to pay extra if you want to park at the hotel itself, despite the hotel saying parking is included

The hotel isn’t finished but they won’t mention it till you get there. The cleaning staff is absolutely terrible. Operationally a mess, they’re still figuring everything out. Rooms aren’t soundproof, good luck if you’re next to kids/a baby. There’s no privacy on the balconies. The food at the restaurant is extremely average. Overall, not 5 star worthy and not worth the price. Go elsewhere for how much they charge.

A newly opened hotel with good potential. Views from the cliff rooms were unbeatable and the staff were very sweet and doing their best. Sadly the pool bar and , rooftop bar were not open and there is a lot of work that needs to be done. Hopefully the management will get it sorted asap. The cleaning staff were dreadful.
