I was really hoping this hotel would be a great choice, especially since we booked it for my birthday trip. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations, and I’m honestly just glad we only stayed for two nights. First of all, the room had a strong damp smell that became even worse when the air conditioning was turned on, filling the room with a moldy odor. In the bathroom, we found several oriental cockroaches and other insects, and there were spider webs around the TV and other areas of the room. To make matters worse, there was a half-empty water bottle left in the minibar, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The hotel itself appeared dirty and run-down (dirty carpets, damaged items in the room). We reported all of these issues to the reception staff in the morning, but since our stay was short, no improvements were made. It’s a real shame, because the gardens and the surrounding area are truly beautiful — the interior just doesn’t live up to the same standard. Even the pillows were extremely thin and soft, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The only positive note was the staff, who were consistently kind and polite throughout our stay. Overall, I’m disappointed, especially because the hotel looks so nice in the photos. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

In less than 10 hours i changed rooms 3 times. The first room was not what I booked 😐 and it was dirty and smells like a humid basement that was flooded it has insects running around on the floor. The 2nd room was also not what we booked, and there was two big dead bugs on the floor when we got there. The door to the balcony could not open and the air condition was not working. We finally got the room that we booked, but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

More 1* or 2* than 4*. Large but very dark and dated room. Room was at the end of the corridor and next to an open door frame to the pool etc. prob why we had a massive cockroach in the bedroom. See pic. Very noisy too. Can hear drunk people return at all hours of the night etc, so ruined our sleep. No tea/coffee facilities or iron and ironing board. Also an absolute nightmare trying to get a cab from there. Can only book one to the airport. We called one 20 mins in advance to go to dinner but ended up having to flag a random one down after half an hour, as we were then late for our meal. Breakfast was decent to be fair. Definitely won’t be going back, nor recommend it. £135 per night is a joke for this hotel.

Had a bungalow with lounge and terrace. Good aircon and lots of space. The furnishings and decor are a little old but good quality and clean. One of the cupboards smelled a little musty but all in all it was great and good value for money. The staff are friendly and courteous. There great shower rooms between the upper and lower pools which were both quiet and well kept with free towels by the top pool. There are tennis courts and mini golf too. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and good quality. They let us use a room to shower and change the day we left as we had a late flight. You can use the gym, bar, pool and “beach” at the lusher bonanza playa across the road but they won’t let you have towels or use sun beds by their pool. I suggest saying you forgot your “black room card” when asking for towels if you want rise that pool. I was too honest! You can get buses to Palma or Portals Nous and beyond. This is high end and worth a visit with nice beaches. Nandi beach bar down the hill was one of the best beach bars I’ve ever been too and well worth a visit for a chilled out dinner with DJ set. All in all, for the price I recommend this hotel and would definitely return. I’d say 4.5 stars given price. Just a bit dated.

Great place

Great hotel in a lovely location. Short walk to the beach and easy to get into Palma and to/from the airport. Tiny bit dated, but very clean. For example, we had a chair in the room where the leg wasn’t attached (bit dangerous). Was removed but never replaced. Breakfast is nice enough with a decent selection. Clearly lots of returning customers too, which is nice. The beach close by is stunning and the area has some nice shops (an incredible icecream place) and car + bike rental at decent prices. I’d say my one disappointment was that although you can use the facilities at the neighbouring hotel (which admittedly are nicer), you cannot use their outdoor pool and access to the sea. The safe in our room was also not working, which after we flagged was ordered a new one but obviously not there in time for our stay.

Great hotel

When we first arrived, it looked dated but we could use the amenities in the sister hotel opposite in the hotel bonanza plays resort and spa which was more new but that didn’t phase us because the setting and grounds and pool were pretty. It was super clean and comfortable. The bus stop was right outside so easy to get to the airport and back with one change. Everything was fab and we would stay again.

The hotel is in a lovely area close to the beach, the bus stop is right outside the hotel to conveniently take you to Palma for only 2 euro. The breakfast and dinner choices were fabulous and the outdoor pool area and bars leading out to the sea was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel

Lovely hotel in nice area. Breakfast was excellent. Large rooms and balcony. Clean towels and sheets most days. Only slight issue was pool towels sometimes not available and difficult to get ice! Would stay again!
