The property itself needs some maintenance, my main issue was the room amenities, the heater doesn't work properly, the hot water was a hassle too. Breakfast it's OK. The green areas in the hotel are beautiful, but the real highlight here was the staff, Lauane at the front desk is an angel, such charisma and attention. Outstanding! She made our stay a lot more pleasant.

Equipe prestativa e cuidadosa. Café da manhã delicioso. Cama e roupa de cama excelentes, toalhas muito limpas. O banheiro e o quarto poderiam ser um pouco mais modernos ou com manutenção mais em dia. As fotos enganam um pouco a estrutura do hotel, ele é bem simples. No meu quarto, havia um barulho acima do forro, mas nada insuportável. O café é bom. A cama é grande e confortável, mas o quarto fica bem frio de madrugada, o aquecimento existe, mas estava desligado.

O hotel é agradável, tem um bosque lindo, funcionários muito simpáticos, o quarto é confortável com uma cama boa e chuveiro bons. O café da manhã muito bom. Algo que nos incomodou foi o barulho devido a localização do quarto que estávamos que ficava próximo à recepção e também por causa de um barulho de máquina que começava 8 hs e não podíamos dormir até mais tarde se quiséssemos.

O hotel é bom, área ambiental muito bem preservada, mas o sistema de aquecimento não funcionou em nossa estadia, alegaram ser por conta que não estava frio, mas achamos que era por estarem com baixa ocupação e não quiseram ligar o aquecedor central, o frio a noite foi de 10 graus sem aquecedor no quarto é para morrer de frio. Lamentável.

A área do hotel é lindíssima! Ficamos encantados com o bosque e acordar ao som de passarinhos. A cama é gigante! Quarto super acolhedor. Não tínhamos visto que não tinha ar condicionado, mas nem precisou. A janela é voltada para o bosque o que deixava tudo fresco. Café da manhã excelente, até espumante tinha. Os colaboradores são cordiais. O acesso aos quartos é por escada.. mas isso não foi algo negativo. Ao visitar a academia e salão de jogos, sentimos um cheiro bem ruim. Isso precisa de melhorias. Em geral, adoramos nossos dias no hotel
