Pontos positivos limpeza, um excelente atendimento por parte dos funcionários, um bom café da manhã. Pontos negativos ou que deixaram a desejar, frigobar muito barulhento, internet muito deficiente ,muito travamento, péssimo funcionamento. Falta uma mesa dentro do quarto, muita dificuldade para tomar um lanche ou comer uma pizza, ou um lanche no local.

A pousada é excelente, limpeza nota 10, lençóis limpos e cheirosos, banheiro tudo bem limpo e perfumado. Café da manhã bem variado, frutas, pudim (rsr), pães frescos. O principal, a Pousada é muito silenciosa, acordar com o canto dos pássaros,(o único barulho, rsrs). O Atendimento é outro diferencial, a simpatia, alegria no atendimento, demonstra que o pessoal trabalha com Amor!

A pousada é bastante nova, muito limpa, com instalações aconchegantes e a equipe de atendimento é muito atenciosa. A localização é muito boa. Fica a uns 3 minutos de carro do centro, numa área bem calma e silenciosa.

Eu e a minha esposa gostamos muito de Monte Verde. Foi a primeira vez que estivemos em Monte Verde. A pousada Flor de Lua é bastante aconchegante. Quarto impecavelmente limpo. A gerente e as funcionárias foram bastante gentis conosco. A gerente, inclusive, foi bastante atenciosa e nos deu várias dicas de lugares para visitar em Monte Verde. Ela ainda nos ofereceu uma diária de cortesia, mas infelizmente não podemos usufruir, pois já tínhamos compromissos em nossa cidade. Com certeza voltaremos para Monte Verde novamente.
