Hotel para quem procura sossego e tranquilidade.

Hotel oferece estrutura razoável, funcionários muito atenciosos, café da manhã é o ponto forte, mas falta restaurante e serviço de quarto, talvez uma lanchonete seria bem interessante. Me hospedei em um chalé que não estava com o chuveiro funcionando e no mesmo dia me transferiram para um outro sem nenhum custo adicional, gostei muito.

No geral nossa estadia foi ok, mas tenho algumas ressalvas. Fiquei no Chalé 18, pois é o chalé onde podemos nos hospedar com os pets. Minha mãe sendo uma senhora e ainda tendo asma sofreu um pouco com as rampas e escadas, mas isso foi culpa minha de não ter verificado antes o acesso. O chalé era ok, pelo preço que paguei não estava esperando muito, mas o quarto era extremamente frio e a única forma de aquecimento era a lareira e o colchão aquecido apenas na cama de casal, para nós não era viável acender a lareira pois minha mãe tem asma, deveria haver outra forma de aquecimento até porque a lareira não está inclusa já que temos que pagar pela lenha, e por ser um lugar frio o conforto de temperatura nos ambientes são imprescindíveis na minha opinião. Outra coisa foi a varanda do chalé 18 que tem uma fresta enorme no parapeito que pets de pequeno porte podem passar e sofrer uma queda enorme. Achei perigoso. O banheiro umedece inteiro na hora do banho e chega a pingar água das paredes e da porta, poderia ter um exaustor para não ficar tão úmido. O café da manhã estava bom com bastante opções. Foram gentis e solícitos na recepção.

Fizemos Chicken online que facilitou na entrada. Recebemos dicas de passeios, restaurantes, compras etc, pelo WhatsApp, fácil de seguir. Não usamos a piscina porque estava muito frio e para ir na piscina ou sair de lá precisa passar pela área descoberta. Tem chá e café disponível na sala de jogos.

A estádia foi muito boa. As fotos no site condizem com o local. Funcionários atenciosos e muito educados. Chalé 12 confortável, limpo, roupa de cama e banho limpas, canais de TV sortidos, itens de banho (shampoo, touca, sabonete e secador de cabelo) estão disponíveis. Chuveiro muito bom. Área de lazer conta com brinquedos para crianças, salão de jogos, piscina coberta e quente. Café da manhã Maravilhoso, com muita variedade de itens. Sugestão: cortina blackout na janela e corrimão nas rapas da propriedade.
