We've stayed in this hotel every summer for the past 3 years and this year was a let down. They didn't do housekeeping and when we called, they said they only do it if we stay 7 days or more!? They did come and do it after we asked again. We just wanted our trash and more towels. They didn't even do our beds. Our AC unit was slightly detached from the base. We could see sunlight coming in. A nice gentleman came and tried to fix it but it was still left a bit open. It needs some love and attention, for sure.

We had a very good stay. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool Area is very nice. The kids could swim or play the yard games that they had set up. Will definitely stay there again

The entrance light did not work and we asked at the front desk if they could look into it and he said he would, but is was never fixed during our 3 day stay. Also, the body wash, shampoo and conditioner had a moldy smell and we had to buy are own. We have stayed at this particular hotel and our stays have always been pleasant in the past.
