Fine hotel but problems with third-party booking
Great location and really fantastic staff. Parking was a bit janky, as their lot is being redone. We booked a King Suite, but were put in a standard double queen room. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, they did move us to a King accessible room. More space, but still not the king suite we paid for. This is a third-party booking site problem. We reserved through this third party site and they didn’t fulfill their side of the deal. They sent the wrong reservation to the hotel, but still kept our money. Do better booking app. Tried to contact them, and was #160 in the agent queue.

Love the area
We stayed here to touch down in Denver while getting used to the elevation before going up to the mountains. I love the RiNo Arts district. There are lots of good restaurants and breweries in the area. And it’s easy to get to the highway from this hotel location - not to mention a market right down the block! Would definitely come back.

Really nice rooms but small. Better for one person than two but everything seemed very new and great options. Parking is limited so had to park in different area. Bar / restaurant is very nice. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself was great and had a protected parking lot very close. But the area of town leaves a lot to be desired which they cannot control! But overall experience was great!
