Loved the outdoor garden and fire pit area as well as the s’mores and coffee bar. The parking was tricky as the lot was full. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The Hotel is above average. Maid service was not available ( explanation "short seasonal staff"), for three day stay so felt some consideration forthcoming? For this level of hotel the continental breakfast was disappointing. There were hot sausages available with cold hard boiled egg? For the price range there are bettor efforts by less expensive hotels.

The hotel is literally a 2-minute walk from the harbor. Management also kindly let us leave the car in the lot after checking out so we could explore the own which, in an area with very little parking, was a huge bonus. We stayed in 4 places in Maine during our visit and this was our favourite. Thankyou.
