Booked King suite with jacuzzi in room. When checked in was given regular room. When spoke to hotel they told me they couldn’t do anything and I’d have to call Orbitz. When Orbitz contacted hotel, hotel staff hung up on them and refused to correct mistake or give refund. Orbitz was great hotel shouldn’t overbook higher priced rooms and then pawn off cheaper room to guests and offer them no recourse. Orbitz was great, hotel not so much. Previously stayed here before with no issues and was very enjoyable….very disappointed and frustrated.

The staff was great, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. My only complaints would be the door to our room was difficult to open and also the bathroom door would get caught on the bathroom floor so you would have to push to open it. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and kind. I appreciate that they seemed genuinely happy to be there and worked hard to make us as well as others we saw in the lobby and breakfast area feel at home and make sure we had everything we needed.

Some good Some bad Could Improve
I had a king suite that I booked with a jacuzzi. No jacuzzi room. The fridge, toilet had issues that made noise and the toilet just quit on me. I didn't sleep because of all the appliance noise. I let them know at 1 when i stepped in the water from the fridge defrosting or something. My 30$ left overs were no good. And towels had to be asked for at pool. I couldn’t use my toilet in room and I only got a 40$ accommodation for my troubles. That barely covers the 30$ left overs. Staff was nice and they take pretty good care of it, but my room had issues. I was trying to enjoy a day to myself while dealing with some difficult news. I still did, but Sleep would have made it a lot more enjoyable. Bed not that comfortable.
