O hotel é muito bonito, lindas paisagens, muitas árvores e pássaros. Difícil para pessoas com pouca mobilidade. De maneira geral bem conservado mas o nosso banheiro precisava de alguns cuidados, mais atenção.

o Chalé e muito espaçoso, mas os banheiros ficam 3 degraus abaixo da sala, dificultando a locomoção para idosos e crianças, banheiros espaçosos, mas chuveiros elétricos e não conseguimos regular a temperatura. Piscinas ótimas, restaurante nota 10 e adoramos o show de musica italiana.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma!

O atendimento é bom e os funcionários são mto educados e atenciosos. O restaurante tem bastante opção e a comida é saborosa. Porém, o hotel é mto antigo e precisa de uma reforma urgente. Os quartos tem camas mto antigas e pequenas. Os lençóis tem aspectos de velhos. Além disso, no chalé em que ficamos, tinha um galo que cantava todos os dias de madrugada, mtas vezes na noite: as 0h, às 2am, as 4am e as 6am.. foi impossível descansar. (O galo acordava a minha bebê tb) 😔

Escapada pra descanso.

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa, fui pra descansar e aproveitei muito minhas estadia desde a minha chegada, colaboradores extremamente e educados, prestativos, comida maravilhosa, quarto super confortável, roupa de cama limpinha e cheirosa, o meu foco vai para o tio Bigode que esbanja alegria e simpatia e pra o pessoal da recepção muito atenciosos. Hotel bom

Hotel é gostoso, gostamos das psicinas, nossa bebe amou. Restaurante gostamos tambem. A limpeza da area compartilhada boa, do quarto ja achamos que poderia ser melhor. Os travesseiros duros demais de velhos tinham que trocar. Do mais area de lazer atendeu bem foram 2 noites agradaveis, é um lugar que da para desconectar.

Estadia razoável

Passamos uma estadia de 2 noites. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao centro da cidade, à Feira das Malhas e ao Mirante do Cristo. Quanto à hospedagem em si, na chegada já notamos que o frigobar estava vazando água e prontamente comunicamos a recepção que demonstrou pouca agilidade em resolver o problema. O mesmo frigobar apresentava um barulho bastante alto. Um dos banheiros do chalé apresentava cheiro de esgoto e o outro a descarga não funcionava adequadamente, além de empoçar água no box. Realmente só há ar condicionado na sala do chalé, não dispondo desses equipamentos nos quartos. A comida era boa. Os espaços ao ar livre aparentavam pouco cuidado com a conservação.

O hotel é ótimo, bem cuidado, limpo e com área bastante grande, inclusive os quartos. Que por falar neles, eram da categoria luxo mas estão um pouco desatualizados, ainda assim ótimos pelo espaço que proporciona, o chuveiro a gás e a limpeza.

Péssima pq comprei um pacote, chegando lá me deram um quarto para pessoas, com mobilidade reduzida. Aí meu marido pediu trocaram, não tinha sabonete, papel higiênico,etc. Pedimos para o pessoal da limpeza que estava limpando outros quartos, comida péssima fria, pouca variedade, bolos duros, rocambole velho,etc.. um senhor do restaurante mal educado. Tratou meu marido com falta de educação. Nunca mais ponho meus pés nesse lugar. Nem indico para ninguém
