O atendimento é bom, há escadas para os quartos,mas não há elevador, não tem ar condicionado, não tem TV a cabo. A cortina do quarto é de voil, sem forro ou blackout. O café da manhã é razoável.

O quarto é bem simples. Estava com vazamento no banheiro, o sr Carlo, muito atencioso, colocou um balde, o que resolveu, pois estava tudo encharcado. Ofereceu também trocar o quarto para um no segundo andar, mas o que estávamos era mais arejado e no térreo, sem escadas, preferimos não trocar. Tudo muito simples e velho. Travesseiro e toalha ruins. Ponto positivo: chuveiro com ducha boa e quente. Café da manhã bem fraco, com frutas passadas. O hotel fica próximo ao centro, cerca de 800 m, mas em uma subida. Compensa deixar o carro mais próximo ao centro, em vez de ir e voltar a pé, ainda mais se for voltar muito tarde da noite. Preço muito caro pelo que oferece. Ficamos só uma noite.

Melhoras em geral .
O preço era acessível. Café da manhã era razoável não era ruim . Os travesseiros eram muito ruins , as toalhas de banho não tinha condições de usar muito velhas .Quanto a limpeza o banheiro tinha odor de urina porque precisa ser lavado com Cloro .Mas para passar uma noite tudo bem.

O hotel fica bem localizado, próximo ao Centro, dá pra ir caminhando, por uns 10 minutos. O preço é o melhor diferencial em relação ao absurdo que se cobra no Centro. Porém, o hotel é bem antigo e simples e falta a sensação de conforto. Quanto aos funcionários, são atenciosos e atendem prontamente. O café da manhã também é simples. Fica a sugestão: incluir um queijo branco.

Excelente atendimento com quarto razoável
Embora o atendimento tenha sido muito bom, alguns detalhes do quarto deixaram a desejar. A saber: WiFi muito fraco, espelho e TV muito altos, porta do frigobar raspando no piso, fechadura da porta com defeito. Porém, nada que tenha tornado a estadia ruim.

o ambiente é bem simples, os equipamentos estão muito desgastado e desconfortáveis no geral (travesseiros, móveis, toalhas, etc). funcionarios atenciosos mas sem treinamento, nao havia uma gerencia no local. Café da manha muito simples com frutas vencidas e café péssimo
