A Royal Tulip Experience

It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm.

Boas instalações. Hotel novo. Serviço de front desk profissional. Quarto era bom, limpo e novo. Piscina estava um pouco suja e a área um pouco turva. Serviço de animação era bom, com atividades para adultos. No entanto, um hotel deste porte, deveria ter um spa disponivel. Estão finalizando a construção de uma piscina aquecida, mas não haverá um área de relaxamento como sauna, duchas e massagem. O ponto fraco é o restaurante e serviço de atendimento na piscina. Realmente, muito fraco. Levai quase 2 horas no restaurante para receber meu jantar. Pedidos que fizemos na piscina tiveram que ser cobrados. Bebidas faltando no bar, como por exemplo Tequila. Isso não pode acontecer em um redstaurante de hotel desta magnitude.

péssimo atendimento do restaurante

Serviço do restaurante foi muito ruim. No sábado de noite, com restaurante vazio, ficamos 50min esperando por um prato kids. No domingo no almoço, 14h, vazio também, pedimos pra priorizar o prato kids. Demorou 50min e veio errado. Nossos pratos vieram diferentes do cardápio também. Mudaram a carne e o tipo da batata.

Parte ext.e piscina excelente,quarto confortavavel

lugar muito legal, tem uma piscina interna aquecida em reforma que ira melhorar. Alem de um quarto comfortavel o que me levou a escolher esse hotel foi mesmo a piscina que e mesmo excelente. A unica coisa que devia ter atendimento do bar da piscina na parte da manha e não somente apos as 11hs (nem que tenha que ir ate o bar externo para pedir) .

Estadia agradável, mas pode melhorar.

Fiquei hospedado com a minha esposa e o hotel forneceu um berço para o nosso bebê. Achei o local muito bonito, tranquilo, propício para crianças e os funcionários são cordiais. Como ponto de melhoria, destaco o café da manhã. Havia uma quantidade absurda de moscas pousando nas refeições e ventiladores repelentes de mesa insuficientes para espantá-las, por isso, deixamos de consumir boa parte do que gostaríamos por questão de higiene. Além disso, o hotel poderia servir algumas opções holandesas (biscoitos, waffle...).
