Very good hotel, excellent place. I only have one complaint: I've stayed there before and didn't pay for parking. I made my reservation as usual, and at the time of booking it said the hotel had parking, and I've never been charged before. This time they charged me, even though it specifies at the time of booking that parking is not included and is paid separately. Why does it say at the time of booking that the hotel has parking? Thank you.

on check in they give you a towel and a soap the soap is the worst soap i have seen in my live The towel was very cheap fabric Staff was not trained many little rules. BTW IF YOU Lose you plastic old key you have to pay 20 reais !!

Great breakfast. Everything worked perfect Ultra fast internet

The breakfast did not have many vegetarian options. The air conditioner in the room worked poorly. The holel retaurant and the sweeming pool were closed almost all the time.

Other than the few roaches , it was okay
