We had wonderful service and the food was varied enough in the buffet restaurant. The bookable restaurants are amazing and we highly recommend the Thai. The beach was clean and comfortable and the pools are welcoming with enough space to sit and relax. The only downside is the two hour spa charge if 25euro! Sadly the spa was always empty!! If the charge was more reasonable we would have paid. Overall a lovely hotel.

There were minor discrepancies with the bed arrangement, as a single bed was provided instead of the requested two beds. Two staff members mentioned they would switch the mattress for two single mattresses but did not return to complete this change. The resort's amenities and services generally met expectations. The drinks included in the all-inclusive package were not listed, so guests needed to ask which beverages incurred additional charges. At the sports restaurant, the menu offered a "mystery burger" included with the all-inclusive option or the choice to pay extra for an Angus burger. The meal provided with the all-inclusive package was basic in flavor. Staff were attentive in the pool area, and the grounds were well maintained. Aerobics classes were available in the pool, led by a staff member. Breakfast included various options, though higher quality food and beverages required an additional fee. The pools were clean and offered a relaxing environment. The property is located at a significant distance from major attractions and shopping districts. Considering these factors, staying at a more budget-friendly hotel could provide an opportunity to allocate savings towards dining at alternative restaurants to gain the Italian experience.

The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort.

Photos do not properly display the size of the rooms, the “deluxe bungalow” is small for something that’s considered “deluxe”. The ac is terrible. A few staff members are truly miserable and unkind. The dining area also has roaches and the concern is not taken very seriously. I had requested a refund due to this issue and was denied by the resort. This resort is a poor example of an “all-inclusive.”, if you’ve been to all-inclusive before then this one will really have you confused.

All was fine - rooms, food and etc. The only downside was staff in lobby - sitting outside in the evening very slow service, does not pay attention and walk pass you... Also gym has lots of cardio, but no benches, there are some dumbbells, bot no adjustable bench, no barbell bench

The hotel was nice but it was all inclusive and the food was pretty mediocre. They have a la carte restaurant but they were always all booked. It’s not close to very much so getting other flog nearby is very hard. It’s also very much a hotel for little kids and every night they played the minion movie outside (to no audience) so we got to hear the same movie over and over. Views from the hotel and the hotel pool were great.

I tried to book restaurants for dinner on the first day I arrived and they were all booked. I was unable to experience any dining options I was told were available to me as all a la carte restaurants were booked for a week. Alcohol options were good and beach always had subbed available

Everything is great overall. Good food, service and entertainment. There are few areas to improve on: 1) Increase the availabilities to book a la carte restaurant. (E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly.

Fabulous beachside location, although 1hr 20 min drive from Palmero airport. Lovely rooms and grounds. The main evening entertainment was awful, tbe pianist in reception bar was good but there was an overwhelming smell of drains in this area. Access to spa circuit expensive for what is there and the time you get, also no ice bath. Vegetarian food labelling confusing as some said they contained fish, would have liked to have seen some healthy breakfast drinks; smoothies/fresh juices. Signature guests get priority, which can be frustrating when you are queuing for the restaurant. There restrictions on what is included in the All Inclusive. Based on this I do not feel it is value for money.

Our stay was amazing, very relaxing and just what we needed after working everyday. The food was yummy very wide range to choose from, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The entertainment staff made the stay much more fun. Would definately recommend.
