Great hotel with the best view

Chris park is a beautiful hotel. It is located at a hill where you can enjoy a great view of Campos do Jordão. The presidential suit was great and get the best view. Breakfast was delicious.

Quarto muito confortável e limpo. Hotel seguindo as medidas de segurança por conta da COVID-19.Os problemas que tive foram relacionados a hóspedes que não respeitam as regras -- excedem o tempo reservado na piscina, fecham janelas no salão de café da manhã comprometendo a circulação do ar, etc -- mas os funcionários do hotel souberam lidar com essas situações. Recomendo o hotel!

It was a really nice hotel to stay at, the room service was great, the jacuzzi in the bathroom was nice and clean, very comfortable beds , and the hotel has a magical view of campos de jordao.

Hotel with great views up in the mountains...

A nice hotel with great views of the surrounding mountains. You can take a nice walk down the hill into the centre of the town and it's also ok to walk back up although in the dark there are a few places where you might want to use your mobile phone torch to see the path clearly. Breakfast was a varied buffet with a range of different fresh juices to try plus some hot food and the usual cold meat and cheese platters. The pool was nice and warm and the gym area also enjoys the great views with the treadmills and bikes facing outwards. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the room was great - a double bed in the far end of the room separated off from a pair of single beds in the main area. One slightly confusing aspect is that there is only a wardrobe in the main area but as there were only two of us that wasnt much of a problem. There was a fridge in the room with plenty of reasonably priced cold drinks available. The staff were very attentive and friendly and there is plenty of parking available on site. There is also a restaurant which is also open to non-guests which served great pizza and had an interesting selection of European/Australian and South American wines.

Hotel não corresponde as expectativas

O hotel está em reforma, mas isso não nos incomodou. Mas, acho importante mencionar que a disposição dos acessos do próprio hotel é confusa, por exemplo, para subir pro quarto éramos obrigados a passar por dentro do restaurante do hotel, pois o elevador dos quartos fica DENTRO DO RESTAURANTE. O incômodo disso é que ao ir pro seu quarto, vc acaba sendo abordado e questionado sobre ter ou não reserva no restaurante, quando você apenas quer chegar no seu quarto. Outro ponto negativo é que a piscina incrível que vemos nas fotos, é paga a parte (algo que não sabíamos), como o valor era alto, optamos por não pagar. E por fim, o atendimento do restaurante do hotel deixava a desejar, fui duas vezes lá tentar uma reserva e praticamente implorei para ser atendida. Pelo valor que o hotel cobra, não achei que valeu o investimento.

Experiência incrível. Hotel maravilhoso, com uma vista deslumbrante para a linda Campos do Jordão. Equipe de colaboradores prestativos e atenciosos a todos momento. Sempre prontos a auxiliar em qualquer dúvida. Nosso apartamento? Sem palavras. O mais incrível que ficamos até hoje: espaçoso, silencioso, um banheiro incrível e com uma vista deslumbrante(apto 312. Impossível não se encantar com tanta beleza e explorar cada espaço foi uma experiência única. A piscina de borda infinita e suspensa simplesmente maravilhosa. Vale muito a pena a experiência. Super perto do centro o que torna tudo mais fácil: 7 minutos de carro. Café da manhã sensacional. Digno de um hotel 5 estrelas. Lugar perfeito para curtir o festival de inverno e comemorar nossos 5 anos de namoro completados em 27/07. Foi incrível. Super recomendado e voltaremos.

custo benefício não é interessante. muito caro para o que oferece. a vista é linda, mas o quarto é simples, pra dizer o mínimo. o hotel é bem antigo, mas o staff é solícito e o café da manhã bem gostoso.

Excelente escolha.

Ontgoocheling. Verouderd hotel met meerdere defecten. 15 min voor inchecken, jacuzzi niet werkend, fitness verouderd of toestellen defect, regen stroomt binnen in de gang naar kamer, stop bad defect, verwarming handdoeken defect. Prijs volgens Europese normen verwacht je eveneens een betere service, bijv personeel in restaurant waren een bottle flip aan het doen uit verveling, ipv rond te lopen en wijn of water bij te schenken of af te ruimen.
