Meus pais ficaram no hotel por minha recomendação e do meu esposo. Meus pais simplesmente amaram e irão voltar. A experiência deles foi a melhor possível. O quarto foi maravilhoso, espaçoso, o hotel super limpo, o staff foi muito educado, o café da manhã foi maravilhoso com variedade e reposição sempre que era possível e a piscina foi um bônus para eles. Simplesmente tudo perfeito e todos nós recomendamos.

Péssima Experiência
Em síntese, uma péssima experiência! Não recomendo e não retorno à rede. Atendimento bem ruim desde a recepção até a limpeza do quarto. Ao realizar uma simples reclamação quanto a limpeza do quarto a resposta do atendimento foi, vou reportar ao gerente. Nenhuma ação efetiva para se resolver um simples problema, nenhum retorno do gerente. Além disso o quarto parece um quarto de motel barato. Nesse ponto fui enganado pelas fotos. Por fim, a piscina que estava anunciada como aberta, de fato não estava funcionando e a resposta do atendimento também foi, vou reportar ao gerente. Para quem tiver interesse em se hospedar vale a pena perguntar previamente.

Achei o atendimento em geral na média, devido ao covid, parecia que o hotel estava bem cheio. O que foi mais desagradável, foi no domingo pela manhã as camareiras limpando os quartos e falando muito alto pelos corredores. Quem estava dormindo ou descansando foi incomodado.

Na chegada, já tinha feito check in online, a atendente pediu pra aguardar, a liberação do quarto as 14:00hs. Chegamos as 13:45. Até aí, tudo bem... Qnd foi 14:20 fui perguntar se ia demorar mais, aí foi liberada nossa entrada... Ficamos no quarto 104, térreo, quarto ruim, muito barulho, dava pra ouvir os hóspedes ao lado conversando. O colchão muito duro, e desconfortável. Achei tbm o quarto muito pequeno, pra acomodar 3 pessoas.O chuveiro bom. A piscina estava interditada, tivemos a opção de usar a do hotel do lado. Mas no site não estava essa informação. O café da manhã, foi o que tivemos de melhor, tinha variedade e tudo fresquinho. Pelo valor da diária, atendeu as necessidades. Mas não voltarei. Precisa melhorar um pouquinho mais.

Cama ruim, cama velha, a cama é afundada, bem ruim, o café da manhã pelo padrão do hotel, é fraco, conheço outros hotéis da rede, foi o mais fraco que já fiquei, o quarto tem acústica ruim, vc ouve a conversa do quarto vizinho, e tb o banheiro não tem um cheiro bom, talvez algum vazamento.

O box do banheiro cheirava mal. Acústica do quarto ruim, escutava-se tudo dos outros quartos. A recepcionista Suzane, muito atenciosa e as SENHORAS que eram responsáveis por repor os itens do café da manhã, também. O café da manhã muito bom. Os demais funcionários, todos com quem tive contato foram péssimos, mal humorados e nem sabiam da história e legado do patrono da rede.

Excelente estadia
A estadia foi excelente. Fomos em família, eu, meu esposo e uma criança de dois anos. O quero é amplo e a cama enorme. O sistema de aquecimento das torneiras e chuveiros funcionou muito bem, mesmo em dias bem frios, como os que pegamos. O café da manhã era variado e os colaboradores muito prestativos. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel e eu voltaria sem dúvidas.
