Tudo perfeito! Suporte excelente, vista maravilhosa para as montanhas e araucárias e ao mesmo tempo, pretíssimo do centro - perfeito para quem busca um lugar mais tranquilo mas ao mesmo tempo próximo ao centro e que possibilite o acesso ao centro a pé. Acesso super fácil, estacionamento na propriedade, bairro muitíssimo tranquilo.
