É longe do centro da cidade, fica em uma área distante. O bom é que fica dentro de um shopping e da Havan, então tem vários estabelecimentos no local. Quarto bastante barulhento, um arrasta móveis dia e noite. Custo benefício bom. Café da manhã excelente.

Quarto bem pequeno, cama de casal pequena e um dos lados encostado na parede. Travesseiros pequenos e muito finos, solicitei travesseiro extra e não tinha disponível. Não tem frigobar, não tem telefone, para falar na recepção é necessário usar o telefone que fica ao lado do elevador. Não possui armários, apenas alguns cabines colocados em uma barra. Pressão da água e temperatura do chuveiro boas. Boa limpeza. A área de café da manhã é muito pequena para comportar os 2 hotéis (Ibis e Ibis Budget), confusão, demora na reposição de itens.
