Staff makes you feel really welcome (thanks João and Douglas, among others). Great to have free parking so close to Capivary Center! Breakfast is very good and varied even if not exactly mindblowing. Acoustic isolation is not great and you can hear other guests and housecleaning often. Room is good although not luxurious. No power outlets near beds (there's only one used for the lamp) is a major inconvenience.

Excelente hotel, com localização perfeita, um pouco acima de um das ruas que leva ao centrinho do Capivari. O quarto tem ar condicionado e calefação, ótima ducha e cama confortável. O estacionamento fica embaixo da pousada. É possível fazer muita coisa a pé. Café da manhã gostoso.

Estadia excelente!

Excelente hotel. Quarto e roupas de cama extremamente confortaveis e limpos, ducha do chuveiro otima. Quarto silencioso e cortinas escuras, mesmo tendo uma localização privilegiada em meio ao agito do Capivari, conseguimos descansar muito. Cafe da manha simples, mas bem servido e saboroso. Localizacao é o ponto forte, com garagem inclusa, o que diminui muito os custos dos passeios (qualquer estacionamento no Capivari custa a partir de 20 reais). Na proxima ida a Campos, com certeza voltaremos ao Itália Eleganza.

Excelente café da manhã, quarto espaçoso, atendimento muito bom de todos! Ótima localização! Único ponto negativo é o isolamento acústico do quarto, com relação ao barulho dentro do hotel, portas dos quartos uma de frente para a outra, barulho no corredor.

Quarto e banheiro muito espaçoso, sensacional!!! Todos os atendentes (recepção, funcionárias do café da manhã e camareira muito educadas. Estávamos acompanhados de uma família com criança cadeirante e nos surpreendemos a atenção dada principalmente com as funcionárias da cozinha que dia e noite nos deram toda a assistência e de madrugada a cozinha foi disponibilizada para esquentar comidas e alimentação caso necessário. Super indico e parabenizo a todos. Com certeza retornaremos.

A hospedagem em si foi tranquila, mas no check-out tivemos um problema desagradável. Minha esposa esqueceu um casaco pendurado dentro do armário, e em seguida eu liguei no hotel para avisar e fui informado que não tinha nada. Não tinha como não ter nada, pois o casaco com toda a segurança e certeza foi deixado lá. Agora fica a nossa Palavra contra as dos funcionários do hotel e endossado pelo seu gerente. Uma pena, não pelo casaco e pelo seu valor, mas sim pela postura das pessoas.
