Funcionários muito solicitos maso quarto deixou muito a desejar na questao de conforto. Colchão ruim, tra esseiros péssimos. Lençóis e cobertores tambem deixaram a desejar. Tive que trocar de quarto poisno chuveiro estava queimado.

Pessima estadia

Pessima estadia. Não recomendo este hotel… De uma maneira geral muito ruim principalmente a limpeza. Quarto sujo, paredes encardidas, tinha cabelo no banheiro, toalhas e roupas de cama encardidas e com mal cheiro. Estacionamento fica longe do hotel.

Nada daquilo que aparenta ser nas fotos, quarto ruim com limpeza precária, toalhas parecendo sujas, na discrição do hotel fala que tem estacionamento mas na verdade o estacionamento não faz parte do hotel, é em outro lugar. Chuveiro não estava esquentando, falaram que arrumaram mas para a água sair quente tinha que abrir bem pouco. Resumindo: não recomendo.

A localização é ótima, da para ir a pé tranquilamente para a basílica. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Porém, nosso quarto tinha um buraco no gesso do teto do banheiro bem em cima do vaso e ficava pingando de vez enquando e o banheiro tem janela q da para dentro do quarto. As paredes do quarto também sujas.
