First I would like to staff that most of the staff that we encountered were great. Especially the breakfast attendant/maintenance person. Room was mostly clean ( not so much if you moved things like the microwave around) Beds were fairly decent. The issue we had was that while everything looked fresh and new, it didn’t function that way.Our first issue was with the toilet in our room.There is a sign telling guests to not flush anything (like wipes, feminine hygiene products) down the toilet.After we used the toilets minimal amount of use,it just stopped flushing. I went and found assistance, and he couldn't resolve the issue with a simple plunger but had to go get another tool. He eventually got things running and told me that I just needed to push the flush button longer to fully flush. Well that worked for about two more times.We returned to the hotel very late that I didn’t feel like addressing it again. My son and I just used the faculty restroom near the pool. I also went to shut the curtains and the whole bar that they are attached to just fell out of the ceiling, screws and all coming out. Needless to say, I was afraid to touch anything else.Before we checked out, I did speak to staff as well as texted staff to communicate about this. They assures me that I would not be held responsible for any charges.So far I have not been. Overall, a little pricy for what it was, but a solid place to sleep and a good breakfast. But not a place I would spend a long time at.

Very clean. All staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman that took care of the breakfast area was outstanding! All the food options were kept full and all surfaces continually wiped done. He definitely took pride in his job. If we go back next summer would stay there again.

Very happy of my choice.

Initially I ordered a pool view room. I was advised to change that and I am really glad I did. The room’s window is opened to the indoor pool’s hall. We checked in to a quiet room and could park the car close to entry B. The breakfast was great. With all kids of machines and robots that prepare the meal for you. And the warm food was replenished consistently by the wonderful worker that is in charge of that department. Very clean and tasty. Maybe the coffee could have been better. The pool is very big for an indoor hotel pool. I swam there alone w my daughter, doing laps and it was really wonderful

Comfortable stay in New Hampshire.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the hotel, we were traveling with our family and our stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the normal selection that we are accustomed to while traveling. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We have stayed here a few times since the hotel changed hands many years ago. The rooms are always very clean. I like that there is a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Vending machines for snacks and drinks are available, as well as an ice machine. There's a complimentary breakfast in the morning with plenty of options. It's a nice way to start the day before check-out time. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and made check in/check out times very quick and easy.

I will definitely go back to this place. Great location, place is clean, rooms are clean, staff is friendly/helpful, breakfast is included, pricing is reasonable and there is a great Farm to Table restaurant across the street that has live music, ice cream and the food is just great!

This is one of the friendliest and cleanest properties I have ever visited. It really made me rethink the Best Western brand. The staff here is remarkable. The parking is plentiful. The location is great for the best lobster rolls or the best restaurant at a covered bridge. The pool and sauna area is well kept and supplied with towels. They even put on their own fireworks display for the 4th of July. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back every year!
