Very disappointed with everything. Was not informed the hot tub n pool was not in service. Breakfast was horrendous, it was advertised as a hot breakfast, it turned out as a bags breakfast.

We stayed here for my birthday for the first time.I had asked if it was possible to get a late check out to be told they could not authorize that. The rooms are not soundproof at all. We had someone stomping on the floor until past 2am and then again at 7:30am. Not a great first time staying here and will not be back.

Very sad place to stay
This is a very rundown casino hotel. Zero modernization to it and this includes the rooms. The breakfast is about as good as you would get at any other two star hotel but the overall atmosphere was sad.

Sparsely furnished room
Check in staff were fantastic. But when got to our room, which was spacious, there was neither a couch and blow dryer. It felt like walking into a vacant apartment. We advised management in their internal survey but are still waiting to hear back !
