We booked a suite because we have a baby and wanted a little separation for naps and such. That worked out well. The main issue was cleanliness. My husband and I both found long blonde hairs all Ofer the bed, there were yam fries in the living room air conditioning unit and the bathroom had a white substance splattered on the wall maybe/hopefully toothpaste but there was quite a bit. All of these things we assumed anyone cleaning the room would notice. The day we arrived our baby was quite tired and we got there earlier than check in and they allowed us to come early which we really appreciated. The front desk staff was kind and helpful but the housekeeper came at 9am to clean the room which I have never experienced we asked her to come back twice and ended up getting a call while we were out saying they need to know when they can clean the room because the cleaners leave at 2 even though we had let the cleaner know to come back and left so she could do it so just kind of annoying

Spoiled food. Expired yogurt. While we were getting breakfast, the waitress physically chased us down at the buffet for our coupons. That could have waited.
