Hotel was clean but the bathroom was very small and bed was very firm. Very basic with the essentials. This hotel is part of a different hotel that is across the street from this one. You will check in across the street at the other hotel and also this is where breakfast is served. It was a little inconvenient to check in at the other hotel and then haul all your luggage across the busy street to your room. However the hotel is centrally located and walking distance to lots of tourist destinations.

It was supper clean and beautiful and I really liked the indoor pool

I loved the location. The staff was helpful. The mattress was very hard and didn’t get to to sleep well.

No complaints, amazing view of the Centro.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were even more amazing. They were helpful and were there for anything we needed. We felt welcome and the chef was such a good cook.

El baño le hacía falta más limpieza, en específico el inodoro no lo tallaban bien por que tiene rastros de sarro y de la recámara no sacaron la basura por completo y el día de lluvias se infiltró la lluvia por la ventana y el piso se llenó de agua y tuve que poner unas toallas..
