Stayed at one of their bungalow for 1 night I can say it’s good,AC working so/so not so good not bad..pool is nice and location is close to the beach..the only issue is too much flies during breakfast and not that much option..

One splendid place
We visited the hotel last year and liked it very much, so we booked it this year for two nights stay. The place is still wonderful but there are few things that had to be renewed. But we love the place, its gardens, the nice, large pool, its beach and its calmness.

A Marvelous Sea
It was an amazzing place: green, relaxing and clean. We were welcomed and we admire the bungalow, the small fruit tree and palms, and flowers lanes around, the big pool and the seats around it and of course the sea. The hotel is on the beach and the see is marvelous, clean and clear waters with coulorful fishes and pebbles. Thanks to the hosts and their friendly attitude. We hope to visit it again!

There is a different atmosphere on a family owned hotel - such as friendly staff, attention to details. The location is excellent, right by the beach with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. An easy car ride to the archeological sites of Assos/Behram.

Close to the beach, very friendly family run hotel
the pool is excellent, the location is superb, the owner and family are doing their best but the building is beat up and the overall cleanliness & the breakfast is below expectations if you love the beach and do not care about the rooms...it is great - otherwise!!

Aslında konumu güzel,tesis bakımlı olsa hakkını verse belli ki zamanında güzel bir tesismiş.3gece konakladık.Otelde ilgi,alaka,selam-sabah yoktu.Otel girişinden başlayan A4 kağıtlara yazılmış olan değişik iltimatonlar, kurallar olması da sinir bozucuydu.Odalar kirli diyemem idare ediyordu, en azından bizim konakladığımız oda.Bizim odadaki mobilyalar eski bile sayılmazdı, yalnız çok bakımsız bir odaydı,özellikle banyo.Buzdolabı yeri,fişi vardı ama kendi yoktu. Klima aşağı-yukarı kapağı, kumanda pili yoktu istediğimiz gibi yön veremedik, sonuçta klima çarptı hasta olduk.TV de sinyal yoktu izleyemedik.Duş başımızdan çok tavana vurup oradan başımıza geliyordu bu yüzden her banyo sonrası duşakabin olmasına rağmen her yer sırılsıklam oluyordu.Duş başlığı yoktu zaten.Duş gideri tıkalı olduğundan su gitmiyordu bunu da bildiklerinden olsa gerek pompa vardı her daim kullanmak zorunda kaldık, o da geçici bile çözüm olmadı sadece tıkanıklığın ip gibi akmasını sağladı. Kahvaltı çok vasattı.Sorunlarımızı resepsiyona söylemedik bile çünkü A4 kağıda yazdıkları notlarla bizimle muhattap olmayın demeye getirmişlerdi resmen.Zaten yatmadan yatmaya kullandık,yemeğe başka yere gittik, denize bile başka yerde girdik, beach tarafında bile bakım yoktu şezlong minderleri çok pisti. Otel diğer otellere göre daha uygun olabilir ama hiç değilse alınan paranın hakkı verilseydi.Bu da temizlik, hijyen, ufak tefek tadilatlarla bile yapılabilirdi. Kadırga koyuna tekrar geliriz ama burada asla kalmayız

Fiyat performans bir oteldi beklentimizi yüksek tutmamıştık zaten tekrar gidebiliriz, avantajları havuzunun olması ve kendine ait plaj ve şezlonglarının olması, ağaçlık ve otantik bir otel, dezavantajlar ise kahvaltıda çeşit çok az, oda kliması çalışmıyordu. Denizi çok temiz bazen çok dalgalı. Bölge sakin ve huzurlu, sivrisinekler için tedbirli gidiniz. Bölgede en uygun yemek ise ayvacık merkezde…

Otele girdiğimizde can sıkıcı uyarı yazıları vardı, odanın kapıları iyi kapanmiyor duvarlarda sivrisinek ölüleri vardı, minibar boştu su bile yoktu. Kahvaltı çeşit az ve hergün aynıydı soğuk içecek yoktu.
