Quarto limpo, roupa de cama, banho limpas e bem cuidadas. Proprietário gentil, acústica do quarto é ruim, pois escuta-se tudo o que acontece na rua e na hora do café ouve-se tudo, não da mais pra dormir. Qualidade do café da manhã é bom.
