The motel is very tired. Staff were very good. Taps in bathroom required herculean effort to turn off! Took four days for plumber to address problem but was only able to fix the cold water tap. The door lock was well worn and required a lot of jiggling to open, then a hard pull to get the key out.

We actually got room serviced every day. I was not expecting a change of towels and bed remade for us. I was stoked! Other places I have stayed I haven’t had this done and have paid more money. The decor is older but the place surpassed my expectations.

This is an older style motel with good basic facilities. The room rate is good if you need to stay in Canberra for a number of nights. Also, it is in walking distance to the light rail stop into the city Centre.

Pretty central area, easy access to anything you need. Very quiet only heard the occasional tap turn on or a emergency services siren. Was visting for a family birthday. Was able to come and go as i pleased. The room its self, yes, was dated but very clean. Bathroom is well due to be upgraded but everything worked and the shower heat and pressure was the bomb after a long day. The cleaner on sunday was awesome. Made sure i was all stocked for coffee and tea. Then when my little girl was sick i was able to get easy help from the after hours doctors and the dashers were able to bring me everything i need to help her be comfortable. Find us with ease. I apologised to the staff in the office for any issues we had cause. Nothing was a bother. Was a excellent stay all things given.
