On arrival we were greeted by a pleasant staff member. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade to a king suite. It had been recently renovated. Great facilities with a kitchen and cooking equipment. Bed was very comfortable and the whole suite was spotless. We stay in Canberra a couple of nights each month and will be returning to this motel.

The accomodation was very clean and comfortable. Madison is an excellent choice as it is so convenient to tramline, shops, restaurants and other attractions. One aspect I would like to see improved is the quality of the pillows. The ones provided in the room were very flat and a little uncomfortable. Otherwise had a lovely stay. Thank you

Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was dusty and the bathroom design was not good as you can see moulds everywhere. We were allocated the corner room and suffered the traffic noise all night, and the parking lot was very narrow and full at all times. Gym was opened late not same as the time they advertised. Wasn’t a pleasant experience for our stay.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside - but these are great appartments. Everything is clean and well maintained - and the renovation is great. The location is wonderful and very walkable into town.

Convenient to everything . Shopping & Dining nearby. Staff courteous with a smile. Room is clean. Only downside we could hear the cars reving loudly along the street.
