Location of the Hotel was close to everything especially Floriade . 30 minute walk to War memorial and other buildings of significance. A must do is a visit to The Bonsai Exhibition within the grounds of the superb Arboretum. Staff were the most helpful and friendly of the hotels that we stayed at on our Road Trip .

We are not frequent users of hotels so our comments may not reflect the current statis of hotel use. The shower was a bit difficult for us to use as it was over the bath and both my husband and i have age related mobility issues. The bed was very comfortable but the sheets and doona were only just big enough so we found it difficult to keep tucked in. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the vibe of the hotel.
