I will probably no longer go to the Realm. Main reasons are the following: 1/ Breakfast. Too long waiting time. I had to pay but had to leave before the breakfast was served… They don’t have a buffet where you can quickly grab some food and a coffee and go. No you have to wait until somebody comes and then order and wait. For me breakfast is 10mn max. I left after 25mn without having eaten… 2/ The restaurant is too noisy. Impossible to find a quiet place. Speakers everywhere and hard material echoing… 3/ Complex order intake. You need to order from two different t counter for food and drinks, which is making you queue twice…but then when you want to order a coffee and queue at the drink counter, they will ask you to queue at the food counter…. What’s the logic??? 4/ I orde a bottle of Champagne at $130 on their table app, but order would not proceed, so I went to the counter and they said the app was promotional and I need to pay $150 at the counter… not logic
